FINBOA, Inc. (“FINBOA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our websites, platforms, products, services, and communications (collectively “Website”) including any demos, webinars, events, and support channels.

Who We Are

FINBOA is a software company providing intelligent process automation for financial institutions, helping banks, credit unions, and service providers digitize and automate compliance workflows to streamline operations and improve accountholder experience.

Scope

This Privacy Policy is primarily intended to describe FINBOA’s collection and use of Personal Information through its public-facing website for informational and marketing purposes, including requests for information and webinar registration. This Privacy Policy applies to information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked to an identified or identifiable individual, as defined under applicable law (“Personal Information”) we collect online and offline through the Website, software applications (if applicable), webinar registrations and access platforms, event registrations, interactions at events, marketing activities, customer support, emails, product-related communications, and other online and offline business interactions you have with us (collectively “Services”).

FINBOA collects Personal Information necessary to provide Services to you. By disclosing Personal Information to us, you are warranting and representing that the Personal Information is correct and complete. If you disclose Personal Information on behalf of another party, you are representing and warranting that you have the authority to do so.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or platforms that we do not control. We use third-party service providers for webinar registrations. When you register for a webinar, your personal information is collected by the webinar platform on our behalf or independently in accordance with their privacy policies. Also, when we process Personal Information on behalf of our financial institution customers as a processor or service provider, our processing is governed by our agreements with those customers and this Privacy Policy may not apply to that processing.

FINBOA is based in the United States and this website is intended for U.S. users, and we do not intentionally market to individuals outside the United States.

How To Exercise Your Rights; Appeal Process

To exercise any applicable privacy rights or submit questions about our data practices, please send an email to privacy@finboa.com detailing your request and sufficient information for us to verify your identity. If acting through an authorized agent, provide proof of authorization and your verification details. We will respond within timeframes required by law. The response will describe any reasons for denial if we cannot fulfill a request.

If we deny your privacy request in whole or in part, you may appeal by replying to our response and stating “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will review and respond within the period required by applicable law and provide details on further escalation options where available.
